THE FINE PRINT

Cancellations – As a courtesy to other riders and our Xpert instructors, you must cancel a class the night before at 5:00pm before the scheduled class the next day in order to avoid penalty. If you haven't cancelled by 5:00pm the day before your class, you will forfeit one class credit or, if you hold an unlimited package (week, month, annual), you will be charged a $15 late cancel/no-show fee. You can cancel online or call our studio and we will be happy to assist you.

Late Arrival – If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Your bike will be released five minutes before the start of class if there is a waitlist and we have not heard from you. If you arrive ten minutes after class has started, you will unfortunately not be permitted to join and the same penalties above will be applied.    

Waitlist – If a class is full, join the waitlist! We will add riders on a first come first served basis as spots become available. You will be notified that you are added via email. The same policies described above will apply. If you are on our waitlist and cannot attend class, please remove yourself to avoid a penalty. We highly encourage our riders to show up to the class even when they are on the waitlist, we will always try our best to get you on a bike.
